GENERAL PROVISIONS
This document defines the Privacy Policy of the STREETGAME.pl store, which in particular includes regulations regarding the protection of personal data and the security of other data entered into the Service by the User.
The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral attachment to the Store’s Terms and Conditions.
§ 2
DEFINITIONS
The terms used in this document shall have the following meanings:
Administrator – LABA Damian Adamski, Artur Przybylski, Fabian Kowalski S.C. with its registered office in Kołobrzeg, at ul. Rafińskiego 6/2, 78-100, NIP: 6711864436, REGON: 540294839.
Service – the website available at https://streetgame.pl and all its subpages.
Parties – the Administrator and the User.
User – a natural person who uses the Service and provides their personal data within its framework.
§ 3
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING
1. The Administrator is the Administrator of the Users’ personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
2. The Administrator processes data to the extent, time, and purposes specified each time in the information provided under the forms used to collect personal data from the User (in particular for the purpose of executing the Sales Agreement for tickets).
3. Personal data of Users will be transferred exclusively to trusted subcontractors of the Administrator, i.e., IT and hosting service providers, an accounting firm, and entities operating online payments in the Store – namely PayU S.A. with its registered office in Poznań, to the extent necessary to process the payment for the order.
§ 4
USER RIGHTS
1. The User has the right to request access to the content of their personal data, their rectification, erasure (“the right to be forgotten”), and the right to restrict their processing.
2. The User also has the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
3. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
4. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide basic data (first name, last name, e-mail address) makes it impossible to place an order and use the services of the Service.
§ 5
TECHNICAL DATA PROTECTION
The Administrator uses all technical and organizational methods to ensure the security of the User’s personal data and protect it against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure, or access. The information is stored and processed on high-security servers (including those secured with an SSL certificate) that meet the requirements of Polish and European law.
§ 6
COOKIE POLICY
1. For the convenience of Users, the Service uses cookies, among others, to adapt the website to the needs of users and for statistical and functional purposes (e.g., maintaining the WooCommerce shopping cart session).
2. Within the Service, two types of cookies are used: “session cookies” (temporary files stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website, or turning off the software) and “persistent cookies” (stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the User).
3. In the Service, we use the following types of Cookies:
a. “necessary” – enabling the operation of the store and the shopping cart,
b. “security” – used to ensure security and detect abuse,
c. “performance” and “statistical” – collecting information on how the Service is used (e.g., Google Analytics).
4. The User can change the settings regarding cookies in their web browser at any time. No change to these settings means acceptance of the cookies used here.
§ 7
SERVER LOGS
1. In accordance with the practice of most websites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server (server logs, e.g., IP address, request time, browser information).
2. The data collected in the logs are used solely for the purpose of administering the Service and ensuring the stability and security of the hosting. Collected logs are auxiliary material and are not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the server.
